"We enjoyed our visit. The place was nice and cozy. The location was in a gated community and convenient to all that the area had to offer. The online photos showed a gas fireplace (in use). We were unable to utilize that amenity. We were disappointed to say the least. Reason: We were told by the host that it was a safety hazard. Cleanliness on a scale of one to ten. 6 1/2. The beds were comfortable and most all the amenities were as described in the VRBO listing. It checked most all the boxes....

"Jim is an unbelievable host and resource for the local and surrounding areas. The house has every amenity possible for the kitchen, refrigerator, bathroom, and bedrooms. Very close proximity to beach and the town of Dana Point."

"The condo was spotless, updated, and very well decorated. The neighborhood was quiet and great for walking/running. A lot of amenities close by and a quick 10-15 minute drive down to Laguna Beach. The host made sure the condo was well stocked and made check in easy."
