I raised my family a couple miles away from this property and chose this unit for an 11 night stay to see friends and family. Below is the list from top down of assets:You are a mile or less from shopping and lots of food choices and Salt Creek beach. You can walk out the door and pick up the trail that leads to the beach if you enjoy a good walk, it's a little less than two miles one way, is a little hilly and has an ocean and golf course view the entire walk. The unit is very clean and updated and appears just as the pictures. I will point out that the only bathroom can only be accessed through the bedroom, as opposed to living area access. It could be awkward for certain travel arrangements. The king bed is very comfortable, being soft enough and still supportive and feels like a quality mattress. There are beach chairs, nice towels, and other items for outings. The parking is convenient and plentiful, and the gate guards were all smiles and helpful every single time I came through the gate. The unit is over the interior road and the parking spots as most of the units face outward. There was not a lot of noisy people or dogs. There is no view from the unit. It's a very comfy place to hang out inside. I would book it again.
