"We stayed here during the area's very hot days and nights this year. The listing includes air conditioning - but there isn't any. The pool is a real help. The shaded area behind the house was great in morning and evening. All was very clean. There is WiFi but it wasn't very stable (not good enough to work with). Kitchen equipment had all essentials. There is an internet connected projector and large screen but it only has Spanish TV channels. The village is quiet and peaceful as is the area...

"Overall excellent, no major complaints. Lots of space for 4 people with big living area, multiple bathrooms, and kitchen. Very secure feeling in the building, lots of natural light available. Right on a busy plaza which was a little loud at night, but had to deal with it with earplugs since closing the window made it a little too warm."

"La casa se encontraba en perfecto estado con todos los servicios necesarios. La zona es muy tranquila ya que se trata de una urbanización cervana a un campo de golf. En 25 minutos de coche estás en el centro de Logroño. Recomendable!"

"Enjoyed our stay in this Logrono apartment. Very spacious and in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the city center and all the pintxos bars. The apartment was clean with plenty of supplies to make our stay comfortable. The added bonus of the breakfast snacks was most appreciated."

Only a block away from a very nice plaza with a good cafés and a couple nice wine and spirt bars for relaxing and people watching, A short 1.5 K walk to several wineries. A few things detracted and needed to be pointed out in the listing. You can not drive closer than 100 yards from the apartment entrance and the 12 parking places were occupied by other residents our entire stay.
