Logroño center, on the banks of the Ebro

Located next to the Stone Bridge, overlooking the Ebro River and House of Sciences. In the historic center 8 minutes walk from the Espolón and the cathedral. Completely renovated, it has a large bedroom, bathroom, large kitchen and living room convertible into a second bedroom. Full kitchen, air conditioning, high speed internet, cable TV and international channels.
In the house there is everything you need to make your stay delicious: 150x200 double bed, high quality sheets and towels, iron, hairdryer, coffee maker, microwave, two televisions, two work desks and basic cooking products such as coffee, Sugar, oil and legumes. And, of course, it came from Rioja.
You have two free outdoor parking at 60 meters and 150 to leave the car during your stay. If you prefer to store the vehicle in a covered garage for payment, I can reserve a place at 100 meters for € 6 per day. Logroño is a comfortable and affordable city to move on foot.

Great location!

Enjoyed our stay in this Logrono apartment. Very spacious and in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the city center and all the pintxos bars. The apartment was clean with plenty of supplies to make our stay comfortable. The added bonus of the breakfast snacks was most appreciated.

Très bien situé

Nous avons eu un bon séjour à Logrono. L'appartement était très bien et situé près de tout sans être dans le coeur qui est plus bruyant. Au bout de la rue il y avait une bodega qui était très bien et on a qu'à traverser le pont pour être dans la ville avec ses boutiques et ses restaurants (Calle del Laurel). L'air climatisé nous a aidé à passer à travers les nuits chaudes et l'appartement est aéré, on ne se pilait pas sur les pieds. Magnifique séjour! Merci encore à nos hôtes.

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, gemütlich und sauber. Sie liegt sehr zentral, nur über den Fluss und man ist in der Altstadt. 200 Meter daneben ist ein Bodega, die sehr guten Wein hat und sehr freundliche Verkostung anbietet. Die Weine sind überhaupt nicht teuer! Die Vermieter geben jede Menge Tipps für den Aufenthalt, die alle sehr hilfreich waren. Wir waren 5 Nächte in Logrono und können dieses Quartier wärmstens weiterempfehlen!
