Romantics in Kuta

The hotel is centrally located. The only issue is the air conditioning is located in a odd place

Friendly hotel receptionist and some of the other staff. Delicious satay madura nearby. Convenient stores are just around the corner. So getting supermarket stuff was never a problem for me. Really enjoy the satay. For Rp 20, 000, it made me really happy. Location is a bit far for me considering I prefer walking to town, kuta. And crossing the road was never easy because it is located at Simpang Siur, the busiest junctions at Kuta. Manage to cross only with the help of a kind balinese who sells air baloons on the trolley.

It was an excellent experience while staying at Billy Pendawa Homestay. It 100% safe in Kuta for any family with kid(s). It is hardly 50mt inside from the main road and very close to all good restaurants, malls and Kuta Beach. I would say Queen's of India is one of the best restaurants, which is very close (260mt) from the Homestay. Our stay in Billy was awesome because of the family, who run this Homestay. Nera, the daughter of the owner speaks very good English and helped us in every aspect by providing all the information we needed. Everyday they clean the rooms and the whole Homestay is very clean. They had given us good breakfast for all the 5 days that we stayed. We even requested them to prepare lunch for us one day, but they did not hesitate and gladly prepared lunch for us. They provided everything we needed. Nera gave a wonderful service and support. We were very happy. It is really good to get a feel of the local Balinese people and that is only possible, if you stay in a Homestay. I would strongly recommend Billy Pendawa Homestay for you, if you like to feel like family. It was a really excellent experience and cheaper than any 5 star hotel but get a humble, polite and family feeling. We will stay again in Billy Pendawa whenever we are in Bali.

From the moment you step inside this hotel it is impressive. The rooms, the grounds, the facilities are all 5 star. The room fittings and furnishings are absolute quality. If you like a really dark room to sleep in, you won't be disappointed. The infinity pool is amazing. The breakfast is extensive. The hotel staff are all extremely friendly.

Will be coming back in September! My new favourite hotel!

With Kuta beach only a few metres away from this hotel and a stretch of interesting venues (for shopping and dining) along the Jalan Pantai, which includes Hard Rock Cafe, this hotel is one that I would definitely stay at again if I am back in Bali. The interior decorations takes inspiration from modern art, it's colourful, spacious and very comfortable. The roof has a bar and a small infinity pool (in which you can still do laps if you want) in which I sipped my cocktail and watched the sunset. There are two convenience stores nearby, a spa/massage centre, some restaurants and surf rental shop. The fantastic view of the sea from the roof top is being threatened by taller building springing up in between, and the tap water smells unpleasant at times, but I suspect most if not all resorts in this location would suffer from the same issue from desalinating the water. Most guides would pick you up from the hotel if you sign up for tours, but be sure to mention it's the one by the Kuta Beach- there are several Best Western hotels in Bali!

Very nice hotel with exceptional staff who answered each and every request of ours very quickly. Just a shame that it is not closer to the beach.

Kuta Beach Heritage is a welcome relief from the chaos of the streets surrounding it. The moment you step inside the doors you feel a calming presence which can be a wonderful break from a full day of shopping, bartering, or sunning on the beach surrounded by other tourists and locals trying to sell you things. Don't get me wrong, Bali is great and you expect to experience this kind of energy when out and about, but for those not used to it, this hotel acts as a wonderful refuge amongt the action.

This was our first time in Bali- The Island of Gods' truly it is.. The highlight of the visit to bali was comfort of the villa, clean, tidy. Staff here means really well bit I guess some things get lost in translation as I had to ask every other day to replenish shower held and fresh sheets . Other than that great place to stay and would definitely stay here again, two people worth a special mention 1 Devi- front office assistant & 2Aziz- porter these two guys were fabulous and very good with our 2 and half year daughter. Keep up the good work guys.
