"The hotel was great! Easy check in, and they arranged a transfer to and from the ferry for me. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and responsive on WhatsApp. I had one meal at the restaurant and enjoyed it. The view from the pool is quite beautiful. The area is not particularly walkable as there are no shoulders on the roads, so rent a motor bike (arranged at the property), take taxis (pricy), or get ready to hike some hills in the heat (this is what I did)!"

"I fell in love with this villa upon seeing it on Vrbo and it lived up to the hype. I stayed with my family for four nights and wished I had booked it for longer. The view is far better than photo's can capture and the pool was absolute heaven. Eye the housekeeper was most attentive, cooked wonderful meals and was happy to ferry us to wherever we needed to go, making suggestions for places on the island to visit. She was incredibly helpful. There are some bars/ a dispensary in walking distance...

"What a lovely hotel ! Has its own private beach, has many room options. We got a free upgrade to a private pool villa, there was no safe in the room but that just guaranteed 100% safety of our personal item's without worry (which is a nice change from other thai hotels). Friendly staff, nice buffet breakfast, can't fault it and would definitely go back!"

"We booked Aaliyah garden resort a week before travelling after a cancellation from Expedia for our original hotel! As accommodation during full moon gets booked up so far in advance, we just booked whatever we could find. We were a little apprehensive but on arrival all that changed. The bungalows are so cute, yes they are basic but have everything you need - including little toiletries in the shower! The best thing about staying here is definitely the staff, Aaliyah - the lady that owns it...
