"This property was very comfortable, accessible to walking path and lagoons, quiet and scenic from the lanai. This is a wonderful place to stay. The owner, managers and Beach Villas staff were friendly, polite and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. We would stay there again."

"The Four Seasons in Ko Olina was absolutely beautiful. The resort itself was stunning and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with everything. The restaurants on site are VERY pricey, but thats to be expected. There were also a number of walkable restaurants outside of the resort that we're slightly less expensive, but still pretty $$. The food was absolutely excellent though, so it was worth it. If you are planning to lounge by the pool or on the beach the whole time, this place is heaven. If you are planning more activities on your trip, Ko Olina isnt the most convenient as most tours, etc on the island start from Waikiki which is 40-60 min away depending on the time of day, so it would make more sense to stay at the Honolulu location if that's your plan (as it was ours and we spent a lot of time in Ubers lol). Overall, incredible and unforgettable experience. "

"This lovely & peaceful Coconut Villa property was perfect for our family of five. The home, along with the amenities exceeded our expectations. The beautiful Ko 'Olina beaches were just a short walk. This was a major plus; as beach parking is extremely limited. Our granddaughter also loved going to the pool. Tena, the property manager, was easy to reach, extremely accommodating and friendly. We cooked a lot during our nearly 3-week stay; the kitchen was well appointed. Enjoyed many meals on the lanai overlooking the 10th fairway and the graceful black swans! Mahalo"

"The room was in great shape. Maria our host was great. She met us on our arrival. Showed us around and made herself available if there were any issues. Of course there were not any. We had a fabulous time and the facilities were the very best"

"Ko Olina is so pretty and quiet. Our family of 8 stayed here (3 generations) and everyone loved the location and the villa. We enjoyed the lanai, the sunrise, sunsets, and the ocean view. The villa felt like home for our one week stay; we felt safe and secure. We walked to the market several times to get grocery items, visited Aulani, and ate at Eggs n Things. The resort has clean pools and hot tubs and landscaping that is beautifully taken care of. We recommend the quiet pool to relax and sunbathe. We would recommend this villa to anyone who wants a memorable vacation while visiting the prettiest state! We hope to return to Oahu someday and will definitely be staying at Ko Olina."

"My third stay at this resort. The cleaniness of the resort is amazing!! Down to the grout on the sidewalks!! We actually saw a man cleaning and sealing in the round about. Love, love the quiet pool, and live music was so special while watching the sunset!"

"B1001 was outstanding! The view is amazing with the ocean and mountains. Sunset is stunning and worth taking pictures. I’ve stayed at 8 different villas and enjoy this beach village. I’m from Oahu now living in the Midwest and it’s perfect for family to come and visit. The lagoons are clear and safe for children. Well equipped and very clean. Would highly recommend B1001. "Beach Villas at Ko Olina is a beautiful resort set right on the ocean away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. A pathway connects 3 other resorts that run along the coastline and is beautiful peaceful early morning walk. The resort has two pools, including a lap pool, and is well maintained. We would most definitely stay here again."
