"Great location with very easy access to Sequoia NP. Three Rivers is a nice little town with several fun restaurants and coffee shops. The cabin was very clean and spacious with lots of nice updates. The host, Dusty, is extremely attentive. We especially appreciated the nice touch of a coffee and tea drawer for the keurig! Highly recommend!"

"We throughly enjoyed our four night stay at the Ranch River Cabin. Perfect size for the two of us. And having a full kitchen was perfect as we didn’t want to spend a fortune eating out. We really enjoyed our time on the ranch and all it had to offer. We spent time sitting at the private beach area on the river. "Nice, comfortable cabin - we stayed there with 5 adults and two kids. The location is convenient and the cabin was stocked with everything we needed. Only issue we encountered was that the two bigger burners on the stove didn’t work - we were able to work around it but the heating the water for morning coffee/tea took a long time, lol! "

"We had a good stay, the view is by far the best feature, loved waking up and having breakfast in the porch looking at the mountains around us. Cabin is comfortable, bed might be a bit too noisy for a light sleeper, but reason for not giving 5 stars is that we found several pans/pots very dirty. I do appreciate they gave us a brand new sponge (not everyone does that). Host was responsive and accommodating even with a very late check-in time!"

"This location is absolutely perfect for the area. It’s central to a lot of great dining/grocery/local spots and is just absolutely beautiful. The people running this are wonderful and amazing at being communicative in general. This was our first time renting via Vrbo and I would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone. We will be returning to explore the area again and will hopefully be able to rent this property as well. "

"Caretaker Kori was best ever ! Even though had very late night checkin ,she was there for us to open the cabin and help us get situated.. she even has started a fire in the wood burning stove for us !!! Ranch setting was like a national park the beautiful hiking trails, wildflowers, and even a waterfall. Highly recommend this little slice of heaven"
