A couple little things- one of our rooms wasn’t ready on time and when I enquired about why, they said it was available FROM 2pm, not at 2pm, and I think that’s a bit unfair and odd. Also, the room we were in had a window to a really noisy wind tunnel of an alleyway and kept me up a lot of the night. Our other room had a better view and no unusual noise pollution, though. Overall really nice, great price for a good location and friendly staff. Very helpful as I travelled with my baby and they were very accommodating. Will stay here again"

The hotel staff was very courteous and friendly. Nice bar next to the lobby to unwind and relax. Overall, we had a great experience."
