The only cons was the fact no one texted us when our room was ready even after we checked on it hourly. "My stay here at the Hyatt was exceptional. I’ve never in my life received such kind, warm, and welcoming service like I did during my stay. The staff were amazing! My room had an awesome view. Bed was super comfy and the shower gets nice and hot !! If I had to change anything, it would be to expand breakfast options a bit more. Other than that, this was a beautiful stay and I will be staying here again during my next visit! "

"Find another website… Expedia was unhelpful, my protection plan didn’t protect me, and I couldn’t get a refund or assistance with my issue. I called the hotel staff directly. The manager, Dom, was extremely helpful even though I started off being rude after dealing with the incompetence of Expedia. Word to the wise, the protection plan doesn’t protect anything, it’s a waste of money. My flight changed from 1700 arrival to 0100 the next day. I was meeting my kids who drove to the at the hotel...
