The rooms were clean, but the microwave wasn’t working and no one ever came to replace it. The room was never cleaned during our stay, and the customer service was quite arrogant. The chef at the restaurant was very nice, and the breakfast was delicious

My room was very clean, bed was comfortable. All the staff were great especially Stephanie for breakfast. My only complaint is with the weak wifi signal in my room. Oh also the the black woman with the short blonde hair was not very friendly when I checked in at night.
