"Loud!! No mention of renovation work till we’d committed our payment. Disappointing. Otherwise, I recommend the resort. Great dive company, nice room, good breakfast buffet, clean, beautiful pool. The initial room cleaning was terrible, found a huge hairball in shower. Gross. The rest of the time the cleaning was adequate. "

"I came to Roatan for my birthday with friends and we all four stayed at Kimpton Grand Roatan Resort and Spa. This was an extremely clean establishment and the front desk were nothing but helpful! The room was very put together and had more than enough space. The pool and beaches were beautiful and we were walking distance from the city but the hotel offered rides also. I received a birthday cake and staff ensured that I had a great time. A must stay!"

However, upon arriving, the evening supervisor, named Patricia, was very sarcastic, indifferent, and rude. She was unwilling to make accommodations for my group, which consisted of my cousin, my one-year old son, and me. She blamed Expedia for the miscommunication and did not try to fix the problem. "The place is modern and beautiful. Units seem new with plenty of space and well equipped for cooking and grilling. The beach is very close and the benefit to use Paradise Resort ammenities pools, restaurants, and much more was something that added more value to our stay here at Ocean One. "This is quaint small property nestled in the jungle. It feels like you're staying in a tree house for adults! The only complaint i have is the bed had no blanket. Even a light blanket is nice in the Carribean. I loved it and would stay here again. They also make great Piña coladas at thr bar."

"Everything was exceptional!! Noel and Sandy were absolutely lovely and very helpful! Breakfast was top notch! Just a short walk from the beach. The beach can get very busy so it was nice to retreat back to the Inn for some peace and quiet with a small private pool under the stars. Room had everything you could need to spend months there. Felt more like a small studio apartment. Very clean!! Not sure when we'll find our way back to Roatan but when we do, we'll definitely be staying here."

"A peaceful stay at Treasure Beach on Útila. Trish is outstanding and made sure that everything ran smoothly, both in preparation for the trip as well as for any needs that came up during our stay. We swam, snorkeled the house reef, discovered scuba diving with Anke, and relaxed. Far enough from town to be quiet even on Semana Santa, yet close enough to access everything that we needed or wanted."
