The staff were some of the friendly and kindness I have met along my journeys. The hotel was in the great convenient location, walkable to old town and train station. The staff helped accommodate me and answer questions about the town and transportation. They also had laundry facilities and a nice outdoor terrace.

Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral gelegen und dennoch ruhig. Die Altstadt von Innsbruck war nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Auch das Hotel Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei dem Frühstücksbuffet gab es viel Auswahl Im Großen und Ganzen habe ich bei der Bewertung nichts negatives zu beanstanden

The room was nice. It did not have a mini refrigerator and the breakfast was just ok . The fried eggs were cold every morning! Rooms were clean, there were small damages on plaster etc which are easy fixes. The shower door was difficult to navigate as it opened towards the toilet, would be difficult for larger people. The room was very hot the first night even with the heating off. Staff advised there is heating within the walls which was set to 27 degrees and then this was turned down and resolved. They offered a fan if needed, but was fine after. Room had great views of the mountain (room 301) nice and quiet too. Staff were very helpful and lovely, good knowledge of the area too. Hotel is in a good location of Innsbruck and it is a lovely city. Did not use spa or breakfast but looked good. Thanks for a lovely stay. Would recommend to friends and family.
