"Hotel was decently cleaned. The rooms were comfortable but the pillows and bed weren’t the most comfortable. Most rooms do not have a view. They do not clean your room everyday unless you request it which sucks cause I didn’t know that. Toiletries were not great either, so come with your stuff. Overall it’s a great stay for the price and SUPER awesome location. You can walk everywhere from it, so for that reason I’d stay again. "

"It was a perfect no-frills stay in a fantastic location in downtown Chicago. The room was big. There aren’t typical amenities like an ice bucket or even plastic cups for the bathroom, but they did provide two regular bottles of water, so I guess that sufficed. "This hotel is stunning. My stay here was accidental as I had made a mistake booking a short distance away and failed to book my first night at The Holiday Inn. What was disappointing (having to leave and find another hotel) ended up being a delightful discovery. This hotel is elegant, charming, and historic.
