I tried to check in& the reception had no clue how to retrieve my reservation, after a 1/2 hour wait, went to the room, used the toilet& flushed, was leaking from under & almost was coming to the door of the toilet, no hangers to hang clothes, room was not even cleaned before check in, have pictures to support it, complained to the reception, they politely said they can have it cleaned then, no hot water in the shower..

Great brand name, but running like a cheap motel in US. To begin with AC is not working. Asked operator multiple times but no use Hot water temp is set and you only get like warm water for shower Even if you ask to service room, they refused by saying only alternate days they service the rooms Staff probably Hearn too many complaints so they listen to everything you complain but they won’t take any action Rooms are so small like in Europe but their charges are very premium compared to other hotels in Hyd. I would not suggest anyone to stay there PLEASE AVOID

A Fairly Good Hotel for Business Traveller
Hotel was the best price in Banjara Hills. The entire staff was very polite and helpful. However, Dinner buffet was not as savoury as expected for a Rs 630 meal. B'fast was quite basic and nothing to talk. At these prices one expects better standards and variety. Lift is crowded and it takes time to move between GF-Lobby-Guest Rooms.

Highly not recommended
They did not gave me the excact room type which I had booked. The room was very small. The shower room metal parts were all rusty. No hair dryer and slippers were supplied in the room. You have to request for it. There was only shower towel and no others. The floor was dusty. Air condition was not strong. I felt itchy after a night of sleeping on the bed. The tv was showing no signal throughout my 2 nights of stay. The worst part is the power got cut off several times per night. Overall I felt it is absolutely not value for money as the price of one night is comparable to a 4 star hotel. I will not recommend.

The room was not properly serviced before check-in. The bathroom locks were broken (were fixed after complaining), the AC filter was clogged which was also cleaned after complaining. On a good note, the front desk staff were cooperative.
