"The chalet was a glorified tool shed, but the pictures and description can kind of tell you that. It was peaceful outside by the little stream. The bed was as hard as a rock and it was bright in the morning because of no curtains. We ate dinner there, it was ok but we didn’t expect much. The staff were nice but not open the next day."

No washcloths, no hand towels in the bathrooms, no hand soap (just a couple motel style shampoo bottles), no oven mitts to get hot things...
