"We loved how close the hotel was to the World of Adventure theme park. It was amazing to leave the theme park and instantly be at our hotel. We also loved the customer service we received from the front desk staff and breakfast manager. Our 10 year old daughter was sick for 2 days and they were caring, accommodating and helpful when we explained the situation. The front desk receptionist was also very helpful with directions and bus/train schedules to London and the airport. "

"Lovely place to stay. Sadly let down by noisy party upstairs until the early hours. Not really the hotels fault but you notice it more in the older hotels. "
