Neighbors are right close because the property is long and narrow BUT the way the yard is bordered by trees/other plant life you do get privacy. I feel like a picture of the parking area would make the house easier to find so you would know what you are looking for street side."

The grill was in great working condition. I really enjoyed cooking and eating outside on the porch. The view is spectacular. Jim was an amazing host and took the time to walk me around. I will be booking with Jim and Kim again."

"A stunning and beautiful situation and location. The hosts Garrett and Kaia were so pleasant to deal with and very helpful. They made suggestions as to sights to see and good places to eat, going so far as to even picking up a meal for us. There was plenty of room at this location for all of our family and each member had their own room. Out grand children greatly enjoyed the animal life both domestic and wild. The condo was awesome, reminded us of our own condo in the mountains. Super clean, all the amenities, everything was easy. Staying at a condo away from resort made us get out and explore more, and we found new things to do even though it was our 6th time on the Big Island. Awesome vacation."

"Wow! Location! Swimmable lagoon, safe, clean with sand beach! Wonderful large and very clean pool, never crowded! Absolutely tremendous service from the first to the last minute! Thanks to the amazing manager Rose, who did above and beyond to help us with the upgraded room and then asked every day if we needed anything, accompanied us daily with recommendations and suggestions. All the staff were extremely attentive, supportive and helpful and fulfilled all our requests! We had unforgettable vacation in Fairmont Orchid and will come back next year definitely. P.S. food is delicious in resort, but expensive. There are nearby grocery stores where you can save some money and find everything you need including hot food."
