"We had a great, relaxing time while we were there. 3 pools along with 3 free BBQ grills to use. Next to the ocean and a golf course. We didn't need air conditioning since the trade winds either from over the mountains or the ocean keep the condo cool day and night. "Everything was great about the property. It's bigger than we expected. Big kitchen and living room. Great view on the patio/deck. The fees do add up to be a lot , but we knew about them prior to booking and just included them in the cost per night when budgeting. The property is also located a little away from the busy part of Ali’i drive, which makes it great to relax at the end of the day after a day full of activities but is conveniently located near beaches and grocery/convenient stores. I highly recommend the property to anyone planning a trip to Kona."

"We lived this property! The view cannot be beat! You can hear the waves crashing against the sea walls and it’s just magical! There is so much to explore just off site! Our kids had a blast exploring the lava sea cliffs and playing in the tide pools. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and safe. We enjoyed having our breakfasts and dinners out in the balcony and the kids loved the soak pool. I would absolutely stay here again!"

We loved being able to hang out in the several lounging spots at the house, being able to walk the beach and tidepools directly in front of the home and easily walk to town. "This VRBO was exceptional clean. The views were exceptional. We all enjoyed watching the surfers - and they definitely were very good. the waves were 10 to 20 feet at times. We were on the beach next door a lot. We enjoyed the two bedrooms and the full kitchen. Couldn't quite figure how to operate the tv but that was OK since it made us get outside and enjoy the area. Restaurants downtown are all within walking distance and the are realy exceptional. very friendly area."

"This is a great house for a large family. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Huge entertainment size deck with a ocean view.
