"I have stayed at this hotel many times. Always come back. It’s nothing special to look at, but the location is great for West London and the staff are the best. "

"Lovely place to stay. Great ambience, comfortable bed, quiet location. The staff were all amazing. For our 5 day stay, I had a relaxing breakfast downstairs, and then requested my wife's breakfast in our room. On the 4th day of our stay, I forgot to order her breakfast before I returned to our room. Shortly after I got there, the phone rang. It was reception asking if my wife would like her breakfast sent up. It doesn't get better than that!"
