"The staff is always super nice and accommodating. I don’t think the place is being properly cleaned and sanitized after each guest. We bring everything to clean the room except a broom and mop. We also bring our own linen and spray the mattress down with Lysol. The motel needs a VERY thorough cleaning, new fixtures and decor."

"The property is old but the rooms have been updated. I was really surprised with the rooms inside. I have stayed at other lodges at Toledo Bend that are old. I did get my moneys worth here. The staff was very friendly and addressed my only problem as soon as I told them. I could not get my tv to work. They had it working in 3 miniutes. "

"Our sincere apologies for the delayed review. We had the pleasure of renting Bebop’s little cabin a couple weekends ago. Bebop was awaiting our arrival and so very welcoming. Despite the smallness of the cabin it was so accommodating and supplied w everything we needed for our weeks stay. We even had the convenience of having an outlet to plug in and keep our boat for easy access. We’d highly recommend and would most definitely stay here again in the future.
