"We liked our stay at the hotel. The morning and afternoon staff were friendly. I do wish however that it would have been possible to get clean towels in the early evening. There was residual noise from the other patrons on the floor, which was somewhat annoying at night time. The room was clean which was good. I do wish there would have been a way to contact the front desk as there was no phone for that in the room. There are a lot of restaurants near by which is nice. "

"If you’re a tourist who is looking for an affordable place to sleep and an easy way to get around London, I doubt if it gets better than this hotel. I loved it. The staff was kind, the tube was literally around 30-40 steps away, the line was a major line, and they fed me a great breakfast (included in the price) every day. "For us, it was a really good location. Main West Hampstead shopping street at the end of the road and train stations just five minutes’ walk. The room was very pleasant and seemed recently equipped.
