"Great place! Simple, clean, and didn’t smell funny. Had a small fridge, a TV, as well as a small table and chairs. A/C & heat worked well. Nothing fancy, but had everything I needed for a reasonably low price."

"Not at all handicap accessible. Nonsmoking room reeked of smoke and bed linens had burn holes. Room under construction and not finished. Lights missing. Hotel staff unavailable at night. They wanted to charge a dollar for a second room key. Two sets of towels for 4 people. No breakfast offered. No parking spaces available in the immediate area, as there were piles of construction materials in several parking spots. Hotel employee (manager) became agitated and called police when my wife grazed...

"Front desk wonderful (Ms. Kelly), location & surroundings (felt safe), peaceful sleep. My only complaint is that house keeping need to pay more attention/ take time and thoroughly clean especially bathroom. besides that its an ok place "

"The lights flickered our refrigerator and the television did not work and when we told the front desk, they said OK and no one came for the two nights that we were there. They also added an extra resort fee that it didn’t say on Expedia."

"This hotel removed all amenities except for a refrigerator and microwave. Only 1 lamp provided. Refused to provide iron/board, coffee maker, or hair dryer. Knats galore and we had no food in room. Beds were clean and fairly comfortable. Will not stay here again. "

"The conditions of the room was terrible. It was not clean. It was stuff left from the last person who stayed in the room. The sheets were not clean. They had stains on them. My daughter had to shower in shoes because the bathroom was so filthy. After complaining to the front desk she responded with “what’s the problem? What do you want me to do?” They refused to move us to a cleaner room so the very next morning we checked out. The customer service is terrible. The last yells and refuses to help...

"This was our second stay at the house and it was fantastic both times. The property manager is so easy to work with and the house had everything that we wanted! We loved the large family room/living room space. The house is right next to a canal, which is nice to be able to go out and look at the water in the morning and/or throughout the day."
