"First time visiting Dusseldorf and as ever you learn as you go. The welcome at the hotel was perfect. Very warm and caring. The room was great, large and extremely comfortable. Lovely lounge seating area, desk and huge bed. The shower was very high pressure and did the trick after long walks around Dusseldorf. "Cute little hotel. Very basic, but super clean and location is convenient. The room was small and only had the basics (no fridge or coffee maker). That said, the bed was comfortable, I could easily adjust the temperature, it was very quiet (and hotel was full). And the shower pressure was very good. "Everything was perfect, the rooms were very comfortable and very complete. The only negative was that there were not many taxis/uber cabs in the area, which complicated my experience a bit. "Booked five rooms on business. One of them was not cleaned on arrival and, in spite of promising to fix this soonest, we returned four hours later (ready for bed) to find nothing had been done about it.
