Great location, great view, unfortunately no A/C possible, if you can’t handle the summer heat day and night, this hotel is not the best decision. 28•C at night. Service works with WhatsApp.

Einfacher Online-Check-In und -Check-Out. U-Bahn-Station mit Abfahrt im Viertelstundentakt direkt vor der Haustür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß oder per U-Bahn daher leicht zu erreichen. Toller Blick über die Stadt und auf den Rhein (zumindest mal von den Appartements der höheren Stockwerke aus). Das Skyline-Appartement, das ich hatte, war zwar eher klein, aber hervorragent und intelligent eingerichtet, der Platz gut genutzt. Einziges Manko: keine Bedienungsanleitungen zu den Elektrogeräten oder dem Zimmertresor. Gerade zu einem Tresor gehört eine Anleitung, wie man den Zahlencode einstellt, für mich einfach dazu. Gab es hier nicht. Insgesamt aber absolut empfehlenswert.

Ich war zum wiederholten Mal im Zippers. Dieses Mal war ich für 2 Nächte im Appartement 1708 und hatte großes Pech mit den Nachbarn, die bis tief in die Nacht immer wieder die Türe geknallt haben, so dass das Zimmer vibriert und auf dem Balkon gevapet haben, so dass ich die Balkontür schließen musste. Meine Schlafqualität hat extrem gelitten und es gab keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort.

Zipper hotel is fantastic

Hotel is slightly out of centre but the tram connection is superb. The hotel is very nice with amazing views over the city and Rhein. I stayed on 12th floor in skyline view room. Highly recommended.
