"Oh my gosh this was the best affordable vacation I’ve ever taken. That rooftop pool is a VIBE! Carla bringing me the yummiest tacos in earth, chillin in the floatie, making friends in the pool. The bunk beds were an adventure and I made friends with the girls I shared the room with. Front desk was above and beyond helpful, and the kids serving coffee were as wonderful as the setting and the coffee itself. I cannot believe that place always as affordable as it was. "Lovely hotel but not walkable (safely) to much of anything. Housekeeping was top notch, food/drink was very good though eating in the restaurant was incredibly loud. The first night there was a concert in the area behind the hotel that kept us up past 1 (EDM music blasted so Nebraskans could hear it, apparently) and I wish we had been warned or provided with earplugs. "Hard to find as it is not a hotel. Independent paid parking lots around the block, have to find your own, no parking on property. Have to unload bags on the street in front of the building. Used bleach to clean, smell was very strong. Used in fridge and was wet with bleach, it got all over everything we put in the fridge and onto my clothes, ruined 2 outfits. Also very noisy outside building at night, sirens, people parting, singing, very load as this is right on the busy street. "

"I thoroughly enjoyed my excellent stay at Hotel Figueroa. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. The area around the hotel is a bit dodgey but location on S Figueroa Street is good. All staff at the hotel that I came across were friendly, attentive and professional.
