"We just loved staying at this condo. Its super spacious and it was stocked with everything we needed. We celebrated my mother's 85th birthday and kitchen was perfect to make a cake. Having two tables also was a huge help! Loved the layout of the condo too. My only suggestion is to bring a fan for the kids room in the front as it gets very warm if the door is closed."

"This property is a hidden gem tucked behind other condos and adjacent to Cinnamon Shores. We enjoyed the fact that it is a bit further down the beach and away from the heavy traffic/crowds, yet a quick golf cart or car ride to everywhere you want to be in Port A. The front desk staff was friendly and offered helpful suggestions. We stayed during SandFest and it was still a peaceful location to be even with those crowds. We would not hesitate to book here again."

"This was a close location for the access points to the beach. It is .4 miles to the part of the beach closest to the this location. It is also a short drive to other access points on Port Aransas. With the sticker for access to port Aransas and other Corpus Christi beaches, it was fun to drive on the beach: I have four wheel drive so wasn’t concerned. But even a car could drive on the beach as some areas are designated for that. The property itself was clean. The only problem are the slow...

"My husband & I took our two Texas grandchildren, ages seven and nine. I was very surprised to see a spacious queen size bed and two double Bunkbeds. Apparently, I’d only looked for a two bedroom. I didn’t think anything about what would be in there. Perfect for a young family."

"We had a great stay. The condo was clean and well furnished. Enjoyed several walks on the beach and hanging out at the pool. Resort is in a great location next to the beach. Maintenance seems ongoing around the resort with some elevators working, others out of service, and water drainage issues in the driveway."

"This location was perfect for our family. It was a nice walk to the beach and when our babies got tired we were able to walk back up to the rental. You need a beach pass to park down on the beach, which can be purchased near by. The rental was very clean and the rooms were all separated by another door which made it perfect for babies.
