With the beach just steps away from the front door, you get to enjoy the best of both worlds.
Amenities Include: Cable TV, Free Wireless Internet, BBQ pits in the pools area, laundry facilities, closest boardwalk to the beach, Heated pool (Nov. - Feb.), Texas-size hot tub, small meeting/conference room, and complimentary coffee on the first floor.

Cozy Remodeled Studio on The Beach
This property is a hidden gem tucked behind other condos and adjacent to Cinnamon Shores. We enjoyed the fact that it is a bit further down the beach and away from the heavy traffic/crowds, yet a quick golf cart or car ride to everywhere you want to be in Port A. The front desk staff was friendly and offered helpful suggestions. We stayed during SandFest and it was still a peaceful location to be even with those crowds. We would not hesitate to book here again.

Clean and well-maintained! All employees were super nice and accommodating! Pool area was great and pool was warm! Beach just a short walk away and absolutely beautiful weather! Will definitely be back! Unit was clean and perfect for us! Did I say we will definitely be back?

Great place for a short stay as it had everything we needed and nicely updated. The only thing I thought they might add are some hooks for bathroom towels on the back of door? We just hung up our towels on the shower rod.

Exceeded Expectations
The property has been recently renovated, with some areas still undergoing maintenance. I was VERY concerned when I received an email stating it was in a "Soft Opening" phase. This was not the case. The property is up and running and is very, very tidy and enjoyable.
Direct beach access, very clean rooms (Unit 119) and great value for the money.
I will absolutely be renting from this unit again.

Great Location!
Casa Condominiums is located right next door to Cinnamon Shore North. It’s a great location to enjoy all the amenities at Cinnamon Shore at a reasonable cost. Great location on Mustang Island!
