There was a lot of work happening around the hotel (city road works) which made navigating a path to/from the hotel safely a little more challenging than usual. "Great area. Super handy for the train station and the main inner city was within walking distance (as well as the tram if you're lazy). Room was spacious and there was Sky Sports on the TV?? There are no room keys, only codes which was handy because there was no issue with forgetting/losing the key, though you had to make sure to remember your code. Staff were nice and helpful. "

"The hotel is right at the train station only about 150 meters. No noise from trains. Bathroom is weird with no privacy in shower due to full glass panel showing everything into room - needs a privacy blind. Not everyone wants to be watched in the shower. The toilet is so small you need to leave the door open for longer legs. Also there is quite a step up onto the bathroom so not good for anyone with mobility issues. No Hotells.com upgrade and I checked to see if available and was rooms...

"This may be my favorite hotel I have stayed at in Europe. It is quiet, lovingly decorated, and it is right in the heart of town. Every attraction we wanted to see was within 15 minutes walking distance. Plenty of food and shopping only hundreds of feet away. The staff were super helpful and the bar was also a treat. Very good and modern hotel at the train station
"A very good and modern hotel. It was a very rainy day so i was happy that after arriving by train i didn't have to walk too much in the rain as the hotel was very close to the station. The room was very clean and modern, i liked the wallpaper map of Graz a lot. There is a big bottle of complimentary quality water and there is also a fridge in the room. Breakfast was good although the staff could not keep up with the big number of guests, it wasn't easy to find and empty table and most of those still had the leftover plates from the earlier guests. "
