"The General Manager Laurence was a true gentleman. The hotel is situated in a great location, and the perfect setting to explore the city. As a family we did make use of the bar area, and breakfast facilities which were perfect. The kids managed to run around and tire themselves in the lobby... we may have not witnessed the night life of Ghent, but if you're a family looking for a comfortable stay, this is your hotel."
