"Nice clean hotel with excellent buffet with tasty variety of dishes. Pool and gym are well maintened. However this is NOT a long term stay hotel on a solo business trip. The room assigned was directly below a construction room so it was hard to take an afternoon rest after a night of overseas meetings. Staff starts rudely asking on what the purpose of the trip is and ignoring you on dining occasions. Some even whispered vulgar epithets not knowing I now hindi very well. Thanks was a horrible part of a 5-start hotel. Also, the AC gets turned off occassionally and our room smelt mouldy as well moist."

Every team member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have a memorable experience. "What a nice find. previously I stayed at the Shangri-La hotel and I thought that was great until I checked into my room at Lalit. Dollar for Dollar, your buck goes further at the Lalit hotel then at other competitions hotels. The rooms are much larger, the breakfast buffet was good as was the staff. I extended my stay here."
