The only reason I did not rate it 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ was because unfortunately there was a cover for the roller blinds that kept us up as it was windy outside and it was not properly fastened. I could not identify what was making the noise until the morning, but notified the front desk of the problem. "

"Great hotel, great location. No need for Uber - just take line 2 from airport to medecine stop on the tram. 5 min walk to hotel door. We arrived early ( 11:45am) but we’re able to get into our room- even though it was FULL! You can’t go wrong booking this hotel. You are in the city- so it isn’t “quiet” in the streets at night. But it is a lovely , clean hotel!"

"Overall, ok stay. Service of the breakfast and dinner can be improved. Personnel could not explain the menus on the card. Breakfast lady has a sharp edge. Restaurant is missing a bit of atmosphere. Also, the soap and shampoo in the bathroom were not renewed. We had to ask for it, even after the room was cleaned. Location and pool are excellent.
