"We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is in a great location for access to the beach and for walking along the promenade.The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent, always jolly and hard working. The food was very good with lots of choices, was not always very hot. The only thing we were disappointed with was the evening entertainment, if you enjoy lots of guitar playing you’ll probably enjoy it. "

"Amazing hotel right in the heart of Corralejo. Staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Always a hello or a good morning from which ever member of staff you come across. Rooms are all equipped and spacious. If you want that bit more outside space go for a room which a hot tub. You have your own patio with sun loungers and an umbrella. "The resort it-self is very big and splinted into different levels of stay. We stayed at the Royal level which was very comfortable and included many restaurant entrance to the many available in the resort. There is a large choice of pools and were kept clean every day of use. The only thing I was not please about was the cleaning service, we stayed for 3 nights but the maids did not clean the floors apart from the basic of changing towels if needed and throwing trash away. "We had a wonderful stay, the location was perfect -close to the airport and just by the beach. The only disadvantage was the lack of outside kids play area as well as the kids entertainment at night was very short. But all in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back again. "
