Everything was easily access. Check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was well organized and prepared. Very thoughtful.

I sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet expectations. Did you inform the front desk about the smell? We do strive to fix problems during your stay if it is something that we can accommodate. As to the restaurant, unfortunately, our breakfast cook was in a car accident and we were unable to get someone to cover in time. This is, of course, a unique circumstance, but we hope you understand, and we will look for otherways to mitigate those one-off type situations.
Very nice hotel and the staff is super nice. My only disappointment was the hotel charged a fee for breakfast. We stayed in the same name-brand hotel 2 nights earlier in Sacramento and the breakfast was included for hotel guest. But aside from that, the hotel is easy to find, good location and the overall stay was wonderful.

This hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and it was close to everuthing. The area is quiet and very safe. We slept well. Check in was easy and so was check out.

The room was dark, with limited lighting fixtures to add needed brightness. All the furniture was dated, scratched, and shopworn. It appeared to be cobbled together from several different styles in bits and pieces. The room was clean and fresh. Overall, it appeared to provide adequate accommodations for a budget-priced offering.

Thank you, we are iin the begining stages of renovations. The room furniture is the original from 2009, not cobbled together just needing replaced. we will certainly look at more lighting as well. We are glad you noticed the cleanliness. That is most important
The walls are thin you can hear everything. We couldn’t sleep through the night without hearing what was going on next door. Cleanliness was fine same with location and service. Just environment wise we had to throw towel at the bottom door so we could try and block the hallway noise

The room seemed a bit outdated door had something that ran down the door that was not cleaned up the fan in the bathroom did not work so the mirror was fogged up

Thank you! That would be oil from the auto shut hinge. We do clean it but it comes out when it feels like it and usually after the room has been cleaned. The fan is not an individual room fan but for the whole hotel. Hoping to change that when we renovate soon.
Check in was great and the staff was very helpful. More sound proofing between rooms would be good. Could hear too much from the next room i.e. snoring, coughing, nose blowing. Extend breakfast until 11:00 at the restaurant.

Thank you, I do apologize the guest next to you was loud. Always call the desk so we can make it right!. We will be renovating soon so I'll make sure to let them know that is an issue. I do know we will not be extending the breakfast hours but hope you will still return your next visit to Clovis.
The room I stayed in was old. The carpet is grimy, the bathroom is outdated. They put 5 tissue papers a day apparently. My view was of the air conditioner and back of a wall. The lighting was horrible and the air conditioner was loud. I couldn’t wait to leave.

We were under the impression that breakfast was complimentary with the price we paid to stay at Hilton. Hilton should have complimentary continental breakfast for their guests.

Thank you, while some Hilton properties do provide complimentary breakfast, Hampton, Home2, Homewoods. Hilton Garden is not one of them. We have a full service cook to order Kitchen. Coffee and Juice are inclusive in the pricing, ranging from 8-18 plus tax depending on what you order. There are rates you can choose that include breakfast. Hopefully if you return you can do that. If you need assistance just let us know, we would be happy to help.
