Very comfortable stay

Perfect place to get some R&R after a weekend camping in the nearby national parks. Comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for meals/showers/sleep/etc. Would absolutely stay there again if we're back in the area.

Visiting Family.

Condo was very clean and comfortable and in a great location, not far from airport and near restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive and accomodating. It was stocked with some kitchen/food items which was nice. The only issue was a fair amount of street noise at night when trying to sleep, it's on a busy street, but I would not let that stop me from renting it again. Overall a great stay!

We needed a place to stay as a landing zone so we could visit Yosemite & Sequoia National Forests and this apartment worked great! The apartment was clean, had a great pool for after park downtime, was close to restaurants, and anything we needed. The owner was responsive and kind.

Todd’s place was great, very comfortable and convenient, well outfitted and perfect for our family. We didn’t end up using the pool but it was nice to have the option. I appreciated the private parking in back.

This is an apartment complex...residents are super friendly. Pool was wonderful for 110 degree weekend. Todd the owner was updating a unit and was fun and engaging.

Home Away From Home

This place is exactly what my mom (76), sister (50), and I (44) needed for our lodging for a wedding we were attending. The condo has everything we needed and was very clean! Many stores and restaurants a short drive or walk away. Be aware it's located on a busier road so there was traffic noise if that's something that matters to you. Todd was very responsive to any questions we had. We would stay here again!

This is my first experiencing using this platform and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the little gem that I found! Those two bedroom two bath townhome is absolutely perfect. Perfect size perfectly furnished feels like home great neighborhood very clean outdoors and indoors! The beds were very comfortable and the couch was fantastic for lounging and watching Netflix! The host was fantastic. Very accommodating check-in was easy. I don’t think you could ask for a better stay. Highly recommended.

The property is perfect for a short stay. Very clean and cozy. From the picture I assumed the townhome faced the pool but if faces the street. I think the pool is next door. But overall the place is a good stay with comfy small spaces and wonderful bedrooms upstairs.

The property was very clean and well appointed. I was taken aback at the neighborhood at first but found it to be quiet and safe. The owner was very responsive to a couple of minor promblems. My only was the beds. They were a bit soft and lumpy for our old person backs.

Great apartment little apartment in Clovis

I booked this place for me and my husband and we decided to stay a whole week. I was on a work trip to speak at an event at Fresno State. My husband came with me and worked remotely in the apartment for a few days while I was busy at CSU. He said it was a great setup to work in the apartment. The unit had the best stocked kitchen of any VRBO I have ever stayed in. There was everything you could need, and it was all in great shape (which is not always the case). The host also provided some foods for breakfast, like Pop Tarts, granola bars, eggs, and bagels. There's a great selection of teas and some coffee already there. There is a Trader Joe's nearby to pick up anything else you need. The apartment is within minutes of Old Town Clovis, with a couple of coffee roasters and some restaurants. There is also a great brewery not too far away called Crow& Wolf--it's really good. The other bonus is that you can walk out the front door of the apartment and get to the Old Town Clovis rail trail within 10 minutes. My husband and I went for runs/walks several times while we were there and it was just so accessible. After I was done at CSU, we spent our extra days making day trips to Yosemite and Sequoia/Kings Canyon National Parks. The location is perfect!

We had a short but wonderful stay for a wrestling tournament at Clovis West HS. The Bungalow home was a very welcome place to land after a long day! Everything was very clean, beds were comfortable, and my kids loved the pac-man game! The host was super helpful in recommending locations to eat after my son’s weigh ins also. We will hope to stay again next year when we are back for the same tournament.
