"You just can’t beat the hotel’s location to all things Newport. I’ve stayed here multiple times over the last four years and was here this time to celebrate my daughter’s college graduation. The food is always good. The lobby and seasonal rooftop bar areas are a nice touch. The rooms are always clean, but for the price you pay to stay, some are worn and not really functional."

"My whole family loves this hotel! It is beautiful and clean and in a perfect location. Very walkable to the harbor in Newport. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Serena was friendly, informative, helpful, and a pleasure to talk to! Room 11 is awesome! It has its own private outside balcony with tables! The ladies in the kitchen cooked up unique, amazing breakfasts every day! Sooo delicious! Our 2-bedroom suite was clean, comfortable, and having a kichenette was a bonus! The location of the Inn was so convenient and within walking distance to many things we wanted to do! I highly recommend the Outlook Inn!"

"Interesting history to the Jailhouse Inn. I wish they would have more historical decoration. We were in room 8 on the main floor. The stairs were above us so it was noisy when people walked up and down the stairs. Otherwise street noise was tolerable. Nice breakfast with cold cuts, cheese and fresh berries. No coffee maker in the room, but coffee was always available in the breakfast room. Small in room fridge located in the closet. They have parking lot located to the left of the Inn."

Excellent beach house, exceptional host!
"Michelle is an Angel!!!! We had booked another property that fell apart in spectacular fashion. Michelle’s beach house was the only one that fit our needs with same day check in. She took us in and took care of us! She cleaned the house herself in record time so we could still have our first night, and the periodically checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed (which we did!). The layout was perfect for our family - a large dining room, gorgeous deck, a first floor bedroom and half bath, and queen beds for all. There was even a crib for one of our babies, and a toddler bed for the toddler. And the beach, oh the beach. The house is walking distance to the highly desirable Roger Wheeler State Park!!!! We will absolutely book this house again if we visit RI again. Michelle and her house are a true find!!!!!"
