"I find that this hotel missed the mark on quite a few things. Our room was not particularly clean and the bed "comforter" was paper thin like a sheet. The king room is very small, you may be better off having the two full sized beds to make the room bigger. Upon check in, there was someone at the elevator saying "out of service" and he pointed to the stairs (we had our luggage and were up on 4th floor). Then as we got over to the stairs, a guest came out of the elevator, which was apparently working fine. When we got to our room it was extremely hot and stuffy. Our A/C was not working and we called down to the front- they said someone would come up to assist and they never did. Needless to say, we went to dinner because we didnt want to wait. Really, you are paying for location and the outdoor courtyard, which is a fun place to hang out in the evening. The smo'res were a nice touch at check in."
