"The host was acomodating and really helpful. Easily accessible via texts. We never actually saw her. Room was prepared for us and welcoming, refreshments were available on arrival and kid found little fridge greaf. Some little things in there that makes the room not be worth 10/10 like little TV never working or shower leaking so needing to use one of towels to make sure we don't drown neighbours, but we would return providing that the order becomes easier. Plenty of drawers and cupboard space for clothes. Room clean and tidy. Breakfast was lovely, and everyone was so friendly. We also had an excellent roast dinner on the Sunday. Just a short walk into Rye, which was a bonus. Would totally recommend it, and we hope to stay there again. "
