"Stayed for one night but was good. Room spacious, was a family room, big double comfy bed plus folding settee bed. Only change would be addition of curtain at small window, as only had vertical blind and this let in early morning-light. Breakfast was good, friendly, helpful staff, good selection fruit, cereals and cooked food. Had the full Scottish which set me up for the rest of the day."

"This is modern pared back hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The building looks very new, nice modern decor. The breakfast initially looked a bit sparse but what was in offer was plentiful and excellent quality. The bacon and sausages were particularly good. The rooms had everything you need for a business trip or a long week end. It is near the V&A, and Shackleton and Scott 's ship. Right beside the train station and just a short walk to the bus depot"

"Revisited 13 months on. An Ideal base to explore Edinburgh. Tram stop 200 yards from hotel. Car park at hotel reasonably priced at £10.00 per day. Breakfast self service and adequate choice of food. Rooms clean and comfortable."

"Very unique hotel. So cool living onboard a floating hotel for the night. The room décor is lovely, as is the rest of the boat, and the staff onboard could not be nicer or more helpful. The breakfast was amazing (smoked salmon starter and full Scottish breakfast) and any time we called for items to be brought to our room, the service was super fast. It is not the cheapest but all in all, an excellent hotel and well worth a visit for a special occasion or just a well earned treat."
