Our three generation family chose this property for its proximity to several celebration venues we were attending, but we were pleased to find the home so inviting. We have often stayed in rental houses, this is a home. Every amenity is provided in a truly beautiful setting. We felt like treasured family members visiting Tuscany."

"This lovely beach home has an unparalleled view of Moonlight Beach which is just steps away. You can easily walk to shops and restaurants on 101. "This home was so charming. While the outside was a cottage from a fairy tale, the inside was filled with all the modern amenities needed for today. The beds and linens were so comfortable and provided the comfort for a great nights sleep! We brought our kids and close family friends to get away for my son’s 16th birthday. "We LOVED our stay at this resort-like villa. It felt upscale but also cozy. Felt fully stocked and functioned well. The sound system and backyard felt like treats, the neighborhood was peaceful, comfortable and convenient. Wineries and downtown were easy to get to, however it is note-worthy that the last .3 miles of road to get to the house is unpaved, and was a little rough I'm sure because of the recent rains, but our SUVs handled it fine. Overall such a relaxing stay, would 100% return next...

"We thoroughly enjoyed the house! We had 6 adults and the house was spacious with great seating indoors and outdoors. Very nice furnishings. We enjoyed the views and the fire pit as well as the barbecue grill. The only concern we had was the room with the bunk beds is not suitable for 2 adults as the top bunk was inaccessible with the type of ladder for an adult to climb. Would recommend possibly replacing with 2 twin beds. There was also a comment that beds were a bit soft in other bedrooms....

"There were 16 of us staying at the house preparing for a Wedding Party. We had plenty of room to host an additional 40 people for dinner and dancing. The house was perfect, communication with the property manager was wonderful and the view/grounds were spectacular. We would highly recommend Alta Vista!"

"This unit has a great location. It’s on the second floor with a view of the ocean from several windows. Lots of good food options within walking distance. The layout worked for our family of 5 (all adults). There’s an open room with the kitchen and dining area included. Each of the 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms and are separate from each other. There is gated parking. There is some late night street noise, but it wasn’t too bad. I’d especially recommend the location."

"My friends and I had a blast staying at this beautiful home. It is close to many wineries, and has views of wine country from the property. We felt safe and secure with the coded gate to enter the property. The inside of the house was spacious and felt very fancy. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor area were awesome too! It was a great space to relax with friends, with close proximity to wine tasting during the day. I would definitely recommend!"

It's rare to find a place that sleeps so many people comfortably and doesn't just jam a bunch of bunk beds into every room to maximize on the amount of beds. We all enjoyed the kitchen especially and I appreciated how the hot tub was timed to turn on and off so that we didn't have to think about it. The couches were stained with dirt, but I attribute that to previous guests who have no regard for cleanliness and ignore the hosts'...

"This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at this property. I love everything about it. It’s clean, it’s in a wonderful area, they have rooms with nice ocean views. The only change I wish they would make: please put a trash can in the bathroom."

"The convenience to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops is great, the room was clean and comfortable. The Coaster Train was loud from our room but you get used to it. 2 fire pits and 2 outdoor fireplaces were out of order and we were looking forward to that amenity. The bikes could use some service, rusted. The jacuzzi needed to be cleaned. The grounds and seating areas were pretty. It can be difficult to find an open parking spot. Overall good stay."
