"Location is amazing but the property needs a good clean inside and out and is in desperate need of some TLC Amazing potential but really needs the owners to do even nominal maintenance. Every tap in the joint drips, there is water damage throughout the kitchen and bathroom. No AC but great airflow if they’d invest in a few more pieces of dowel to keep the windows ajar."

"Entire floor throughout apartment was sandy/dirty. Made it very uncomfortable to walk barefoot. I understand if there was a bit of sand from the beach, but it was as if nobody had swept or vacuumed the floor. Location was great which is why it gets 3 stars"

"This property was as mentioned on the site however we assumed there would at least be coffee/tea and basic necessities like oil to cook with. We also thought we could hot spot our own wifi but signal was pretty much non existent so we could not watch things we had brought from home on usb, or netflix. The front porch area was filled with debris and we had to do a major sweep to get it clean."

"Enjoyed the stay and the house and was well appointed. A big issue for us however was that there wasn’t any internet provided. We had to purchase a mobile dongle and buy data. This day and age we thought this would be a given."

"After a shocking check in experience we enjoyed our stay. The microwave was broken and the agent was very prompt in rectifying the issue. We would certainly stay here again provided we could make sure we won't have the same check-in issue."

"In how many ways can you say DUMP? This place far exceeded that! The property shouldn’t be listed as a holiday rental instead it’s more fitting as a cell block in a prison. From the ceiling chipping to the mouldly furniture to no linens to a coach roach infestation, I think even prisons have better standards. The property management company Pacific Palms Holidays were so rude, unapologetic & ruthless too. All in all we won’t be booking any properties through Pacific Palms Holidays let alone book...

"Resort has everything you need especially if you have kids. Pool is amazing, tennis court and games room available too. The cottages are well equipped. Wardrobes were not vacuumed on the inside when we got there but other than that clean and comfortable even if it’s a little dated. Perfect for what we were after, and accommodated for a late check out as we have a baby. Great location. Would come again. "

"Only reason I gave 4 stars was there were so many mosquitoes. We just could not enjoy sitting outside or even for a walk in the park. I have never seen that much mosquitoes before. "
