"The staff was so kind. The drinks were good. Food selection was limited but was very good. The property is old and needs updating but is clean. They offer upgraded rooms with upgraded amenities ie: private check in- butler . There was no private check in, the butler did NOTHING. Maybe not worth paying for the upgrades. A private company booked a lot of rooms and we got pushed aside- they catered to this company and pushed all other guests aside. "

"The property was beautiful. Wish the beach was more accessible, but wasn't a big deal. Pool was fabulous and our waiter Juan was amazing. He took great care of us during our entire trip. He made sure we had chairs each day, water, food and drinks. Only negative thing I could say is the pool chairs are uncomfortable, but I would absolutely go back again. "

"This was our first time at an all- inclusive in Cabo. We were quite impressed. First, the staff is great and very friendly, especially our concierge Tedd! "It is a nice little hotel conveniently located. Short walk to shops & restaurants. The area is rather noisy all night long. I love dogs, but the neighbor's dog barking every 45 min. right outside our window all night was a bit much! lol. Considering it was a one night stay till our flight the next day.
