"Eratap beach resort was absolutely perfect. From the views to the staff and everything in between was amazing. The pool villa was spacious with a great view of the ocean and islands. "The property is beautiful - quiet, relaxing and great food. The staff are just so welcoming, friendly and attentive. The only thing that has marred our stay is the inaccurate information provided by QANTAS in this deal for travel to and from Vanuatu. This false advertising has caused a lot of stress, as we were meant to fly direct from Sydney as advertised but instead were diverted and left stranded in Auckland for three days due to last minute flight cancellation then had flights to get us...

"Beautiful, semi-secluded lodge still walking distance to restaurants and Port Vila central district. The decor is just right and the balcony a huge perk. Nice kitchenette too. All in all, a good place to spend a few nights. Note: the upper bedrooms have an open upper wall in the toilet/bathroom, so there is little "noise" privacy if travelling with a companion. Something to keep in mind if this is a concern for you. "
