"I had stayed here before and enjoyed it... This time the property was run down, not as clean, the wifi didn't really work and people were less friendly. We were disappointed. "

"Hands down, one of the worst hotel experiences that I have ever had. From the ineptitude of the front desk staff, to the lack of towels, hot water, soap, shampoo, in the rooms, this hotel has a lot that it needs to work on. It was as if no one really cared about anything. I asked repeatedly for shampoo only to be told that the maintenance lady was sick and she was the only one with the key! "I liked the food in the restaurant. I didn’t like that we paid for large family suites, but they gave our suites to others and then gave us lesser rooms although I showed them my itinerary from Expedia and what we paid for and they just didn’t have the rooms. We booked two of the same rooms and we were robbed out right."

"Cockroaches. I stayed there two nights, killed about 10 of the little bast**** I complained, they said they would spray, they didn't. Front desk service was, poor, unprofessional, half the time there was no one at the front desk. They encouraged me to never book using Hotels.com again, they wanted cash. Swimming pool was so cloudy I never entered the water. I will never stay here again. Oh and breakfast was two eggs and two fried hot dogs. "
