Renee and Marysol took care of check-in and check-out with so much warmth, friendly jokes and genuine care that immediately made us feel at home. Khalil went above and beyond the entire stay, checking in on us via text, coordinating housekeeping and fulfilling every request including an iron, a fridge and more. He even upgraded us to a suite with a beautiful view.
And then there is Joshua. The valet who greeted us with a huge smile and a joke that made us laugh every single day. He helped with our luggage each time without hesitation and brought so much joy to every arrival and departure.
