Check-in was easy. When we got to our room we found balls of hair in our room from previous guests. This made us feel uneasy about the cleanliness. We asked to switch rooms and the staff was kind. Our new room did not have a fridge. One of the nights there were loud drunk adults literally running around the lobby. The staff did nothing to prevent the disruptive guests from being loud. Would not book with this hotel again.

Everything about this place was exceptional! From the staff to the room and the restaurant. The staff checked in me to make sure everything was up to par and were super friendly and helpful. The area sat close to everywhere I wanted and needed to go and everything I wanted to do! I will for sure book again.

Overall we liked our stay here. The property was nice and clean. The room was spacious. The hotel fitness center was small, but had all of the basics. The only aspect we did not particularly like was the parking. The only option on-site was valet, for a hefty price of $40/night. Wish there was a self park option or other nearby parking options for less.

I absolutely hated this hotel experience. For a price point of nearly $200/night, I expected a lot better. The floors were visibly unswept, that’s a clear indication that they were neither mopped. My Clorox wipes were the dirtiest they’d ever been from cleaning any hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The icing on the cake was finding two small roaches in our room. This was such a subpar experience! I will never stay at this hotel or its affiliates ever again!
