2/10 Terrible

"Did not change room sheets after requesting it for two day , staff was horrible at listening, room temperature is set at 72, we should’ve been able to control temperature, room was hot and muggy, people fighting upstairs, dogs barking next door first 4 nights it was miserable! We were supposed to be on vacation and relax"

"Our room was a suite and air conditioner was not working . Maintenance was too look at it while we went to concert. Came back a few hours later and still not working called service desk and they sent a Maintenance guy by with a fan. Not happy with the stay due to air conditioning not working."

"Comfortable beds. They put me in a suite for no extra cost. Wasn’t expecting that. Great to have. Staff treated me like a queen and family. Shuttled us to Kleinhans for Gregory Porter’s show, and back. Randy at the front desk was coordinator of all that good treatment, but every single staff person was excellent. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"Without a doubt Troy, the hotel manager was working the front desk and that man made every bit of staying there worth the experience. The rooms were great, comfortable and spacious. The location was incredible and the staff was amazing. Again, a huge shout out to Troy. We've really enjoyed meeting you and thank you so much sir"
