Wonderful stay. Place was clean, comfortable and the staff and customer service was excellent and kind. The actual room had faulty faucet on the sink and toilet paper holder as well. I informed the front desk of such as well gave a recommendation to place small shelf on the standing shower’s wall so toiletries could be placed there for easy access. She took a note and said she would give it to maintenance. I did feel safe and appreciated. Also, I loved the breakfast options and it was convenient due to health issues, for me as well as others. Thank you so much. I will stay there again when I go back to Buffalo.

I want to express my dissatisfaction with this hotel, as it is in poor condition. On top of that, there was a smell that I can't even describe. Due to this situation, I had to spend the whole night with two elderly people on the street because we couldn't find another place until the next day.

The staff acted like they were extremely inconvenienced by our presence. The first night, a guy didn’t even greet us when waiting to check in and proceeded to play on his cell phone. When he finally did acknowledge us, he obnoxiously sang songs while checking us in among other odd behavioral tics. The next morning, a lady again was bothered that she had to put her cell phone down to assist us. The bathroom had what appeared to be burns on the toilet lid from illegal activities nor did either bathroom door shut. Stay somewhere else if the option is available!

There is a very bad smell inside the hotel and inside the rooms, looks like they are old. The air conditioner doesnt work without the fan and it is hard to sleep with the smell. The beakfast is good but the muffins felt stale and juice was bad.

The beds and sofa bed are horrible. Bring your own pillow as the ones given are very flat. The air conditioner is very loud and musty air. The room was clean and updated with decor but as mentioned the beds we're horrible, so uncomfortable. The breakfast in the morning was very good.

My room was fine. But the place needed to be vacuumed. The staff was rather noisy at 8a.m. In the hallways. Some people could still be sleeping. The Breakfast was AWFUL. Why do they even bother?? Cold crumbled eggs, little coffee was left. I know it’s free, so I walked away.

Good location. Friendly staff. The hotel is worn down but appears to be doing renovations. Free shuttle worked very well. Asked for a wake up call and their system was down.

Property is stinky as soon as we enter. Door is closing properly, need to push it so hard that make loud noise. Bathroom shower area is so slippery, no grip at all or support bar. key cards were not working, front desk guy came and opened with Master key after I made three trips to front desk.

It was close to the airport, but the room was falling apart. Toilet leaked when flushed, waste basket holding up floor molding, phone charge in lamp did not work, and thw worst was the door didnt close properly. You had to lift up it to get it to close.

It was just ok. I didnt like the fact that you had to pay more if you check in before 2pm. I have stayed there before and you never had to pay more. If a room was available they let you check in. The young guy at the desk wasnt very good. He seemed upset when we asked to check in. There was an older gentleman there and he was more helpful. He called the cleaning crew and got us a room.
