"Parking : requires staff to validate on arrival, I got hit with a $50 fee when exiting the carpark. Would be useful for staff to know to ask for that. When I arrived, the unit I booked didn't have HDMI cables (I'm assuming) and tv's didn't work. Kitchen stovetop still had laminate cover over it. "Stayed in a serviced apartment room. Spacious apartment. Close to Chinatown, close to various Asian foods. Easy walk to central station, or light rail. Despite being just off George Street it wasn't too noisy. Staff were good. Swimming pool was great and gym was ok. "

"I love the 11.00am late check out that they didn’t charge me for the rooms are spacious clean and I literally didn’t even hear any noise from 1 other room nor outside even though I had a street facing room with balcony, also the reception staff were absolutely terrible so professional caring considerate and non judgmental which is not always the case at other places."
