"This was a wonderful stay. Everyone, from front desk check in, to bartender, to Starbucks barista were warm, inviting, friendly, and helpful. The room was spotless. Appointed as advertised, and well cared for each day. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed overall. "

Staff said that they were converting to a retirement village and it was advertised on his website that there was no breakfast, etc but on vrbo site I saw these things. No fire also. Basically cheaper places elsewhere. Wouldn't bother going back and no pleased with false advertisement."

"It was a bit noisy and can hear most sounds from outside. They were available for a late check-in but parking was limited at that time. They do have an overflow lot a bit down the street. It was comfortable and sufficient for the price."

"We had an excellent off-season stay here. The staff are all super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, with very comfortable beds. The whole property is friendly to dogs on leashes(except possibly inside The Red Slate Restaurant). We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time exploring nearby Manchester, Londonderry, and Dorset. "The property is a nice location and good size. We hoped to check in early as we were attending a wedding - but were told they were short-staffed, so no early check-in; they would leave a key at the front desk. While the bed linens looked fresh and clean, and the bathroom seemed clean with decent towels, the decor and cosmetics have been neglected - peeling wallpaper, dirty/stained carpets; we opened the window upon our arrival to find guests gathered around a firepit a level below us so we had...

"What a beautiful facility. There are 2 hot tubs, a ping pong table, bicycles to use, and walking trails. There’s also a beautiful outdoor pool, but it wasn’t open yet. Breakfast was delicious. It was made to order, since there were so few people staying there. We would love to stay there again one day. "
